Thank you for visiting Launchora.com (the "Website"). By using this Website, you are agreeing to these terms (the "Terms of Use"). Please read them carefully.

About Launchora. Launchora is a story publishing platform and archive. The Website preserves a library of stories published by our community since 2014, serves as the official home for Launchora’s original Hindi audio shows, and allows registered writers to publish new work.

Lore and our subdomains. These Terms apply to launchora.com and to the subdomains we operate, including Lore at lore.launchora.com. Lore is operated by us. You may sign in to Lore using your Launchora account, in which case these Terms and our Privacy Policy continue to apply.

Changes to Terms of Use. We may change these Terms of Use from time to time by posting such changes on the Website. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Proprietary Rights. Excluding User Submissions, Launchora owns all right, title, and interest in the Website and all software, data, and content therein, including all audio files, images, artwork, text, graphics, logos, and audiovisual materials, and all intellectual property and proprietary rights in the foregoing.

User Submissions. The stories published on this Website were submitted by members of the Launchora community. Each author retains ownership of their original work. By submitting content to Launchora, authors granted Launchora a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to display and preserve their work on the Website and in materials created to promote the Website.

User Responsibility for Submissions. Authors represent and warrant that their submissions are original works, do not violate any third party rights, and do not contain any unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

Removal of Content. Launchora reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Use, is the subject of a valid legal request, or is otherwise unlawful or harmful, as determined by Launchora in its sole discretion.

Publishing, and when it costs credits. Publishing on Launchora is free. Where an article links out to another website, publishing it requires credits. The number of credits is shown to you before you publish, and each article is charged separately. If a number of your articles are waiting to be paid for, publishing further articles that link out pauses until some of them are paid; nothing is deleted and your articles remain yours. We publish a limited number of these each month; when that limit is reached you can publish the article once the next month begins, and nothing is charged in the meantime. Until it is paid for, the article is published to your account and its web address is reserved for it, but its link is not live and the address does not show the article to anyone.

What paying changes. The article’s link becomes live for anyone who opens it, the article is included in our sitemap, and up to three of its outbound links are published without the user-generated-content marking that Launchora otherwise applies; any links beyond the first three keep that marking. We do not control search engines and do not promise that any article will be indexed, ranked, or shown by them.

Credits are bought from NAK-ID, not from us. Launchora does not sell credits and does not take payments. Credits are purchased from NAK-ID (nakid.in), which is operated by the same person as Launchora but is a separate service, and your purchase is governed by NAK-ID’s own terms. Credits are not specific to Launchora — the same balance is usable on NAK-ID as well. Because we do not take your payment, we cannot refund one. Questions about a purchase, including anything that went wrong with it, go to NAK-ID. Where you are outside India, NAK-ID takes the payment by PayPal instead of by card or UPI, at a price shown to you in US dollars before you pay; it is the same purchase, made from the same company, and questions and refunds go to NAK-ID in the same way.

If we take a paid article down. Our right to remove content, above, applies to paid articles as it does to any other. Where we remove one because your work broke these Terms — it is unlawful, it infringes someone else’s rights, or it is content we say below that we will not publish — we do not return the credits. Where we remove one because of something we got wrong, we will return the credits you spent on it, and those credits are usable on NAK-ID as well as here. Where an article has to come down because of something outside our control, such as a valid legal order, we will tell you what happened, but we cannot promise a return.

What we will not publish. We do not publish articles concerning prescription or controlled medication or unlicensed pharmacies; material that infringes copyright, including pirated films or software, cracks and keygens, and writing that is not the author’s own; investment schemes, loan offers or financial products promising a return; gambling and betting; or content naming or targeting a private individual. We may decline any article at our discretion. Paying does not oblige us to publish any particular article, and where we decline one before it goes live the credits are returned to you.

Author Warranty. When you pay to publish an article you confirm that it is your own original work, that you hold the rights to everything in it including any images and quoted material, and that publishing it infringes no third party’s rights. Where an article is found to infringe, we will remove it and you remain responsible for any resulting claim.

License to Content. Launchora grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Website for your own personal and non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or otherwise use any content on the Website without express written permission.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: (i) misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity; (ii) access the Website through automated means including scraping or web crawlers; (iii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or content; (iv) send unsolicited messages or flood servers with requests; (v) harass, threaten, or abuse others; or (vi) violate any applicable law or third party rights.

Trademarks. The Launchora name, logo, and related marks are the property of Launchora and may not be used without written permission.

Collection and Use of Data. Launchora collects certain information about visitors as described in the Privacy Policy. The Website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

Disclaimer of Warranties. The Website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Launchora makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any content on the Website.

Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Launchora be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.

Termination. We may restrict or terminate your access to the Website at any time if we believe you are in breach of these Terms of Use or applicable law.

Governing Law. These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Notice of Copyright Infringement. If you believe your work has been used on this Website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL where the allegedly infringing material appears on the Website
• Your name, address, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
