When they say it's over,
How do you just let go?
Do you just turn away,
Or say goodbye first?

How do you let go when they just go?
And you're left dumbfounded
Because this is not what you wanted,
You didnt want it to end.

Could you just erase your memories like it never happened at all?

And pretend you don't feel a tinge of pain inside you.

When your heart says please don't go.
When you're bleeding badly inside,
And you feel like running and to just hide.

Of all the things that you have always dreamed of.
And if you let go,
Will it not hurt anymore?

If I let go,
Will the tears stop to flow?
Will I stop waking up in the morning feeling lost?
Will my life go back to where I was happy being alone?

I really don't know,
I wanted to chase you but it feels like there's nothing else I can do.
Cause you've already gone way before I can run after you.
